Hey Friends and Family,

We are one week out from our wedding! It’s hard to believe it came this quickly. Dillon and I wanted to touch base with everyone to go over a few key points for the big day. Additional information, such as dress code/wedding theme are in the "Q + A" tab.

The Ceremony starts promptly at 3:30pm: The gates to the courtyard will be locked at 3:30pm, so please make sure to show up before then to find a seat for the ceremony. The gates won’t unlock again until the reception starts, around 4:10pm.

Weather: We’ve been monitoring the weather, which as we all know, can be unpredictable in Missouri. We’re showing a very small chance for rain at the moment. If there is an intermittent drizzle, we may still have our ceremony in the courtyard. If this is the case, we will provide disposable oil paper umbrellas, but also feel free to bring your own if you’d like. Anything more than a drizzle, we will move the ceremony inside the reception space and have both there. If it rains at all, we will have a tent covering the dance floor area in the reception space.

Recipe cards/Advice cards: We will have recipe and advice cards at each table during the reception. Dillon and I are both foodies and love to cook/bake, so we’d value any family recipes you’re willing to share (or recipes that are dear to your heart). Please have these ready on your phone to write down, or alternatively you can bring your recipe card pre-filled, or even email me your recipe(s) directly to hunterrooks@gmail.com if that’s easier. There will also be advice cards at the table with prompts, if you feel like granting us some words of wisdom to help us on our life journey!

Parking: Please carpool or rideshare, if possible! Parking will be limited. There is free parking along the street around Vivilore, as well as an empty lot across from Englewood Cafe that is rock/grass where guests may park. Please see the photo below from the perspective of Vivilore, where the tent is in the photo is where there should hopefully be parking the day of the wedding. There might also be additional parking at the Englewood Arts Center next door to Vivilore (depending on the Art Center's availability).

Food and drinks provided: 5 drink tickets per adult will be provided to be used on soft drinks, beer, or wine - specifics on what options are being served are on our website.

Reception ends with a last dance at 9:00pm.
