What is the wedding theme & dress code?
Think wildflowers, romantic vintage, secret garden. Lots of florals, accents of brass/copper, earth tones. Attire is formal (no jeans, no hats, no white dresses). We encourage you to check out our venue's website here: https://www.vivilore.com/ to get a better idea of the space.
The ceremony will take place in the courtyard garden at Vivilore, with the reception taking place in their gorgeous event space, The Mandarin, just steps away from the courtyard.
Will there be food & drinks?
Of course! We’ll be serving a curated selection of beer, wine, and soft drinks from around 4:10 PM - 9:00 PM. Each guest will receive 5 drink tickets to use during this time. Throughout the evening, enjoy three rounds of hors d'oeuvres (starters, entrée-inspired bites, and dessert options). The portions will be on the lighter side, but trust us when we say that Vivilore knows how to pack flavor - It’s our favorite restaurant, and there will be plenty to try!

Venue Rules
* The designated smoking/vaping area is by the back, employee parking lot gate or IN the employee parking lot. There is no smoking/vaping indoors, nor in the Vivilore Courtyard, nor on the Patio of The Mandarin. A fine may
be imposed if smoking/vaping occurs in areas where prohibited.
* No confetti or glitter
* We ask there are no children in attendence under the age of 10 unless specifically invited
What is the color palette?
We have 6 main colors for our wedding. These colors are used heavily on our website, as well as in our written invitations. They will also be featured in the decor & flowers:
Deep Teal, Crimson Red, Tobacco Brown, Emerald Green, Steel Blue, Pistachio or Cream. Accents of Copper/Bronze.

What are the parking options?
Please carpool or rideshare, if possible! Parking will be limited. There is free parking along the street around Vivilore, as well as an empty lot across from Englewood Cafe that is rock/grass where guests may park. There might also be additional parking at the Englewood Arts Center next door to Vivilore (depending on the Art Center's availability).
